Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Ordering materials and maintaining stock of office supplies
Liaising with suppliers
Issuing purchase orders and managing supplier invoices
Sending out customer statements
Managing courier shipments
Filing invoices and waybills
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Keeping track of staff schedules
Maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
Supporting sales staff with admin and day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous admin or receptionist experience is an advantage
